Where will the conference be?
The Global Impact conference will be held at the Zichy-Vajta Conference centre, about 2 hours south of the capital Budapest.

How much does it cost?
The cost for the conference will be 110 Euros. This includes accommodation and food. When you sign up, please tell us if there is any food that you cannot eat. Additionally to this cost, we can provide pick up and drop off at the airport in Budapest.

How to get to the conference centre
When you sign up, we will ask you whether you will travel to the conference centre by yourself or if you need transportation. Please be aware that there is no public transport links to the conference centre.

We will provide transportation only from/to Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport.
After you tell us on the sign up that you require transport, we will email you with more information about that closer to the time. If you want to book your flight, please make sure that you arrive at Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport by 3pm on Friday, 5th April 2024. You can plan your departure from the airport anytime after 1pm on Monday, 8th April.

If you book flights arriving after 3pm on 5 April or before 1pm on 8 April, we will not be able to provide transport for you.



NB: The currency in Hungary is the Hungarian Forint (HUF). Do make sure to exchange money.
